We had worked with Soni and Mitan during our first home purchase. Truly it was one of the best experiences. Soni had explained everything in detail at pre approval stage itself like monthly payments, closing costs and there were no last minute surprises. I had to close before a certain date due to family coming to town. Soni made sure all that happens in a very timely manner. I was very happy with my interest rate as well.
